Anti-Procrastination Strategy: Time Wasters
How?
I started using this form at the beginning of this March, and my current plan is to adjust the content in the form once a month.
I've added a column to this table to analyze why and how my attention is being distracted by these.
I listed the Apps that affects me when I was completing assignments and I also tried to summarize the reasons for being distracted. I will spend a month trying not to be affected by these distractors. If I can do it by the end of the month, cross that one off and add the next time waster.
If this method works, it may help me to get rid of procrastination to the greatest extent. I think if you want to solve a problem, you need to find out what the root of the problem is. Like why the problem occurs, or what is causing this problem?
In the same way, solving procrastination is about finding out what's slowing me down or distracting me.
I can use this table to confirm what are the main distractors that drag down my efficiency. In the following month, I will try to avoid using these apps when I'm studying.
I think this is a great opportunity for me to stop procrastinating.
